We're sorry to see you go. You can permanently close your Unsocial account and erase all of your data — no need to contact support.

What gets deleted

When you close your account, we remove everything tied to it: your profile, scheduled and draft posts, published-post records, media files, connected social accounts, campaigns, notifications, billing details, and analytics.

What you can do before closing

If you'd like to keep a record, we recommend you do the following while still logged in:

  • Cancel your subscription (Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription) to stop future charges. Note: closing your account also cancels your subscription automatically.

  • Disconnect any connected social accounts (Settings → Accounts → Disconnect).

  • Note: publishing history and analytics cannot be exported today — you may want to screenshot anything you need.

Steps to close your account

  1. Log in and open Settings → General.

  2. Scroll to the Danger Zone section and click Close Account.

  3. Review the warning and type delete to confirm.

  4. Click Permanently Close Account.

Your account is now signed out, your subscription is cancelled automatically, and your data is scheduled for permanent deletion after a 14-day grace period.

During the grace period

You can log back in at any time within 14 days and click Undo on the banner in Settings to keep your account and restore everything. After the grace period ends, deletion is permanent and cannot be undone — there is no recovery.
